All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $55.
Shipping costs for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to track your shipment.
Tracking information may take 1–3 days to update after the order has been shipped.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, My Paws Pick is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
