Can i track my order?


Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What if my item arrives damaged?


We’re sorry if that happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item so we can find a suitable solution.

What if my pet doesn’t like the product?


We understand that every pet is different. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you with a return or solution.
