At My Paws Pick, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return according to the policy below.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • With any tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Lost or Stolen Packages

My Paws Pick is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

The item must still be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
